Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is helpful for all people.
Especially those looking to heal and grow from past experiences and feel better equipped to manage their current life circumstances. I often help individuals facing times of uncertainty, experiencing persistent overwhelm, feeling alone in their relationships, feelings of "being stuck" and wanting to make a change, and those feeling off center with themselves.
Having an effective therapeutic guide assist you in moving through challenging times can help you to find courage, clarity, and the resilience to move forward. Together we create an environment where you find the safety to explore your innermost thoughts, feelings, and longings.
My ultimate goal with individual therapy is to support you in making the lasting changes you're wanting.
What to Expect
With individual therapy, we will meet via Zoom telehealth for 50 minutes, usually once a week. You can expect our sessions to have a focus on identifying challenging obstacles and making intentional efforts toward reaching your goals in a safe and supportive environment.
